Twitter-apps.org is a not-for-profit service offering its numerous users a way to use the twitter platform more efficiently. We need to point out from the start that we are not affiliated with twitter.com; we are providing apps to augment the functionality and useability of twitter. We do not charge fees to use the apps on our site. We raise money through revenue from advertisement and kind donations from wonderful users like yourself. The money we raise goes straight to help kids in Africa, more specifically (at the moment at least) Ghana and South Africa. We plan to use  20% of this money to defray our costs of hosting, and maintaining of  websites. 80% will go towards programs that we support in Africa. Our main advertisers are Google, coupled with other great corporations, companies, organizations, and individuals. So feel good knowing that when you patronise our advertisers, you are doing a humbling and dignifying service to the poor and financially less fortunate children in Africa and beyond*.
